For dinner every night make yourself a big salad with lettuce and vegetables only. Drizzle an olive or canola oil and vinegar based dressing on your salad (not too much!)
Fill up on this, then start your dinner. You may find that you have less room for as much dinner because you filled up on the salad.
This is a healthy weight loss tool that you can do every day, and you get in more vegetables to boot!
