Plus, if you arrange them and present them on the plate doesn't your plate look so much better? Better yet, include more fruits and veggies on your sandwiches and wraps (shredded carrots, sliced red or green peppers, lettuce, tomato, sliced grapes, the list and possibilities go on and on....)
