How about 1 less teaspoon of sugar in your coffee or tea? Or 5 minutes of exercise today (if you are already exercising, add 5 more minutes today!)
Or 1 extra fruit or vegetable?
Or commit to at least 1 serving of fish this week or one new meatless meal?
Just commit to starting with a small change and you are more apt to stick with it!
