Hi everyone! I want to wish everyone a fun and happy New Year's Eve. I also thought I would post a few tips for the evening's festivities:
Remember your calories- try and have a glass of water for every alcoholic drink you have. If you don't like plain water why not bring a bottle of sparkling water with you? This will help to prevent dehydration, and may keep you from drinking more than you want to!
Help yourself to the veggie platter and fresh fruit. Then take a small piece of all those appetizers you want to try - only take 1 of what you want and don't go back for seconds unless it's for fruits or veggies. If there are whole grain crackers, have a few of those- they will help to fill you up so you don't snack as much on some of the other dips or fried foods.
And as I always say, focus on the great conversation, more than the food or drink! And have a happy one!!!
