Here are 3 cereal recommendations to really get you going in the morning.
#1- My favorite isOatmeal. Not the quick kind, not the packets, just the regular 5 minute old fashioned oats. You don't have to get fancy- the store brand tastes just as good as some of the more popular brands.
Why do I like thee? 1/2 cup of oatmeal has 4 grams of fiber, 2 grams of which are soluble. What does that mean? That's the stuff that's going to help carry out your bad cholesterol. |
