Continue to stick to structured meal times and snacks. That way you and your family members will be less likely to give in when you see that ice cream truck. Continue to eat a healthy breakfast with whole grains, some protein, calcium and fruit- make sure your breakfast has at least 5 grams of fiber since this is how you will be setting the stage for your day. |
