Do you find yourself referring to foods as "good" or "bad? If so, read ahead:
1. Remember, YOU are assigning these values
2. Also remember that the more we call them "bad" the more guilt that gets created and the more we desire them. We are kind of like a teenager being told "not" to do something- then that is all you want to do (or maybe you are a teenager reading this!)
I just want you to think about how much you are troubling yourself with these labels. Give yourself permission to have it and then set yourself free of these judgements that you create. Chances are, you won't want the offending foods so much once they are not so big and bad!
