Hi everyone! Many of us advocate for more recess, more active play for our kids. Why? Because it keeps them in shape, more focused and helps them learn better and sit better at school.
Why not advocate this for yourself too? When you are sitting at your desk all day without exercise you can become tired, and lose focus. Start small! Take the stairs at work! Take a walk at your lunch break! Or make sure you get up and move every half hour or so.
We also need to get in shape, feel focused and more energetic!
