Hi everyone- just a quick tip for today.  

Try and say one positive thing about yourself tonight.  That's it- a quick tip, yet a very important one.  So many times we think about what is wrong- try and change the focus on what is right.  Just one thing!  And try and crank out a quick smile too- it will send some endorphins your way!

Aileen, thank you so much for posting this blog! I really think in view of the climate recently this is one of the most important messages we can truly embrace. In actual fact, as I put my kids to bed tonight, the last thing I said to them was " just say one positive thing about anything as a way of ending the day". Then voila! You have just reinforced this in your blog. I believe we should focus more on the positive about ourselves a lot more and smile more frequently. Quote me if I'm wrong, smiling/laughing are supposed to improve your wellbeing!?!

Thanks so much for your comment Jane! And yes, smiles are known to naturally help release endorphins in the brain. So even if you don't feel like it it may sometimes be just what you need to do. Although, I have to say that you always have that beautiful smile!
