With all the media attention sugar has been getting lately I thought I'd give a couple tips. Try and track how much sugar you are consuming on a daily basis. For instance, when you see sugar grams on a label, 5 grams equals 1 teaspoon. Try and cut down on sugar by having one less teaspoon per day!
Many of us have way too much sugar in our diets. The recommendation is only for about 6 teaspoons of sugar per day!
Changing things a little bit at a time is the best way to see results.
