Quick Tip- Scrambled Eggs and....?

Here are 3 things you can do to boost the nutrition in your typical scrambed eggs and toast breakfast:

Sautee some fresh or frozen spinach first, then add the eggs

Sautee some fresh peppers first, then add the eggs

Sautee some mushrooms and broccoli, then the eggs.

These are just a few things you can do to boost the nutritional content of a typical egg breakfast.  And remember, toast or English muffins should be made of 100% whole wheat or whole rye and if you must have bacon or sausage, try turkey bacon or some light rice sausages (like Jones Light) or turkey sausages.

Enjoy!
